Dr. Ayotunde Adebayo

Dr. Ayotunde Adebayo is the Managing Partner with over 28 years experience in manpower development. He is versed in using and optimizing computing tools in training sessions. He has trained extensively on IT, biometrics, due diligence, HR Best practices, performance management, governance, marketing, leadership, sales, strategy, business management & attended workshops in several countries in Europe & Africa/Middle East. He has led, developed and delivered several training courses covering CIT, leadership, marketing, sales, customer care, branding, teamwork and organizational efficiency. He has published several articles in business and academic journals. Ayotunde has a PhD and also lectures at the University of Lagos.

Charles Oben is an experienced versatile General Manager with over 25 years International work experience gained working for leading global firms in the energy sector, and financial institutions at senior leadership positions. His areas of expertise cover Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Diversity Management, Change Management, Marketing & Communication amongst others. Charles is a highly driven individual. He is very adept at building talent having coached and mentored several individuals along his career. Charles is very results-oriented and enjoys challenges.  He was until recently HR Director for an leading African Bank in Burkina Faso. He is bilingual in English & French.

Dr. Steven Stowell

Dr. Steven Stowell is the Co-Founder of the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness, Inc - CMOE. The Center was created in 1978 for the purpose of helping individuals and teams maximize their effectiveness and competitiveness. Steve’s special interest lie in helping develop leaders, building teamwork, resolving conflicts, creating effective relationships, and transforming traditional governments into high performance systems. He enjoys the challenge of developing and designing creative and specialized learning experiences. He is an advocate of applied research as the enterprise of his consulting, training and executive coaching work.

Lere Baale

Lere Baale has over 29 years of business management experience in leading world class global corporations where he also served as Regional Executive Director and handled projects on marketing, strategy, biz management & training covering several countries in Europe, Africa, & the Middle East Area. As Consultant, he has handled several projects on telecoms, strategy, marketing, sales, customer service, branding, teamwork, leadership, talent review and Biz process reengineering. Lere has published articles in several biz & international journals. A Director of multinationals firms including CMOE, Biz School Netherlands, serves the community as a member of board of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital-LASUTH, Facilitator of FATE Foundation, Alumni – Haggai Leadership Institute, and Member Ikoyi Club 1938.
